You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be
in the same condition you received them
unopened and unused, with all seals, tags and original packaging intact
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Health and safety note: ingestible products that have been opened or partially used are not returnable unless we made an error, the item arrived damaged, or the item is defective. See Damages and issues.
Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
Use the provided label if eligible, or ship using a tracked service and share the tracking number.
Change of mind or ordering the wrong item: you cover return shipping.
Our mistake, damaged on arrival or defective item: we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund once verified.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
For the fastest turnaround, submit a return request for the original item. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want instead.
We will notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused and unopened in the original packaging with proof of purchase. This is in addition to any rights you may have under local law.
Return assessment: typically within five business days of receipt
Refund issuance: within ten business days of approval
Replacements: dispatched once eligibility is confirmed and stock is available
